I was initially hesitant to go with these townhomes because of their reviews. However, the area is so nice, and everything is conveniently nearby. When I walked into the office, I met Nicki, who informed me that they now have entirely new management. I can’t express how much of a great decision the new management made in hiring Nicki. She has been such an incredible help throughout this process! She made everything so smooth and easy. Nicki is not only kind but also very communicative. I was very stressed about needing to find a place and move in as soon as possible, but she took care of everything and completely took that stress off my plate. Nicki, thank you so much for your hard work. You’re awesome and truly the best!

Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it a great space to live in. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to Diana, the manager, who was helpful every step of the way and ensured I felt at home from day one.

I just moved in about a month ago now. Diana the manger was great! She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being that this is my first home, I had lots of questions and she answered any and all of the questions I had and made the whole moving in process really simple! The apartment looked great upon move in and everything has been smooth sailing since. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

it has been a great community, Laurenda Johnson is a great manager!! Maintenance has been wonderful and communicative. the place is quiet, my unit was surprisingly spacious! I really enjoy that, not only does it have a patio AND an atrium, covered parking. fencing is not dog friendly, but there is bark park literally across the street that people are friendly.

I've lived in this condominium for two years and despite not having the luxury of other condominiums there, I'm happy in the townhome I live in. In the summer the pool solves the problem of heat and entertainment for my children. Plus, we live close to a huge park, which is also great. Everything I need for maintenance, when I ask the office, they send the maintenance man and he solves it. Nothing to complain about.

Glenn recently took over in the front office and made the process extremely smooth after I had some issues with previously trying to have it renewed with the old staff member. We have lived here for about 9 months and have had a great experience. The property is quiet, clean for the most part and the maintenance staff is wonderful and is quick to come by and fix the issues and has always been resolved. The office staff is very friendly and knows your name (which makes it more personable). Rent is reasonable and our water bill isn’t as high as I thought. Our townhouse is a big space enough for our family and a nice backyard space for our dog. Location is nice and has everything you need. Glad we found this property for our family as we moved from another city.

I went to the community last week for a tour and Amanda I believe her name showed me a renovated two bedroom. I loved the community it was very clean and upkept. The townhome was beautiful and really spacious. I didn’t have an appointment but she still was able to get me in a show me something which I thought was awesome. Great customer service experience.

New resident, best location, good schools, friendly staff… My kids now want to get a dog because of the dog park! We’ll see about that, but the complex is very pet friendly. We thought we had one small issue and Amanda got maintenance out quickly. Turned out, we just didn’t know how to use the AC, whoops.

Boyfriend has lived here for over 5+ years, yet over the past few months the improvements have been better than we could have ever imagined!! This new management team is excellent. When my boyfriend lost his job because of COVID, the office staff was so kind. Then that insane ice storm hit and they were here around the clock making improvements. Our pups LOVE the dog park and and how close we are to the trails at Bob Woodruff. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice place for Singles or Newlyweds. Packed a lot into a small footprint. Some small rooms compensate for some large rooms. Nice large Master Suite. Two very nice guest bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs. Upstairs feels larger than first floor, formal living w/bar & fireplace, guest bath, den/dining combo & kitchen. Backyard best guesstimate 30' X 15'.

My friend lived here for some years. I recently moved here in April and really liked the management. I didn't like the new rules for the parking however but I know Nikki was just following orders. Other than that its quiet. I was upset when I learned she was let go since she was really passionate about what happens on the property, therefore, I don't understand what lead to that decision and why they felt the need to replace her. I hope the new manager is just as passionate. I will be updating and monitoring if there are any changes.

She is very polite and professional . She does everything by the book and treats all of the residents with respect. Last week I sent a friend of mine to apply for a apartment here and there was a different lady in the office who treated very rude and didn't know how much the apartments were. But my friend stated there was another applicant who knew more about our complex then the lady who helped her. Living at Shiloh park townhomes has been a wonderful experience. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It's a quiet community close to great schools and shopping. Let's face it's right in the middle of everything. For awhile we did have maintenance but other came from other complexes until the right guy for the job was hire . I have nothing but good things to say about Him . Thank you Nikki for all of your hard work and keeping our complex running the way it should be !!!!
