I have been waiting on maintenance for weeks to come and service my smoke detectors. Now I have a clogged sink and Iâm afraid that this will take weeks also. Wasps nest are surrounding my apartment and itâs IMPOSSIBLE to get maintenance to complete work orders. The maintenance guy lies and says he has completed work orders when he hasnât. I donât care how nice the office staff is when you come here to apply, the issues start after you become a tenant! I will be reaching out to code enforcement to see if maybe they can get someone to help me around here!!

I was initially hesitant to go with these townhomes because of their reviews. However, the area is so nice, and everything is conveniently nearby. When I walked into the office, I met Nicki, who informed me that they now have entirely new management. I canât express how much of a great decision the new management made in hiring Nicki. She has been such an incredible help throughout this process! She made everything so smooth and easy. Nicki is not only kind but also very communicative. I was very stressed about needing to find a place and move in as soon as possible, but she took care of everything and completely took that stress off my plate. Nicki, thank you so much for your hard work. Youâre awesome and truly the best!

My partner and I have applied for this place and had so many issues getting an update if we were approved or not. We have had appointments scheduled with leasing for tours and they give us a specific time and date but never show up, their office is constantly closed, and they never answer the phone when needed. Do better please mostly for people that are trying to lease with you guys. I do not feel valued as a future resident. The lack of communication is so frustrating!

Think Twice Before Moving Here! I strongly advise against renting at Shiloh apartment homes. The management allows leasing agents and maintenance staff to enter your home without permissionâeven when you're not there. Worse, personal belongings have gone missing, and nothing is done about it. If you value your privacy, security, and belongings, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other communities that respect their tenants. Do your research before signing a lease here!
