Long story short....ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!! BEWARE DO NOT rent from here. I have been here approximately 2 years and shortly after move in, we have had issues with our air conditioning. The first summer after move in some nights were unbearable. We call, the air conditioning contractor comes out and adds Freon to the unit and this is all. He has even mentioned to me that the unit needs replacing that he is embarrassed each time he is called to come to our apt because he knows the owner will not replace it and he is unsure why. We are NEVER late on our rent, we are quiet tenants, do not give any problems to anyone. The $1495 that we pay in rent each month...all we want is air. Is that to much to ask!?! DO NOT RENT HERE! The owner DOES NOT handle maintenance calls. He wants your money but will NOT fix issues. Signed BURNING UP IN THE APT I PAY RENT IN EVERY MONTH FOR 2 YEARS...CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
