Itâs been a great experience at Shilo park townhomes! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very fast to respond. Nice friendly neighborhood with a dog park across the street. Love living here. Highlight recommended!!!

I recently moved into Shiloh Park Townhomes, and itâs been a fantastic experience so far! The townhome is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and at home. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it a great space to live in. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to Diana, the manager, who was helpful every step of the way and ensured I felt at home from day one.

I just moved in about a month ago now. Diana the manger was great! She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being that this is my first home, I had lots of questions and she answered any and all of the questions I had and made the whole moving in process really simple! The apartment looked great upon move in and everything has been smooth sailing since. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

Iâve had an excellent experience living at Shiloh Park Townhomes. From the moment I moved in, Diana, the manager, have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any concerns. The townhomes themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and modern living space. The location is another major perk, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation all conveniently nearby. The neighborhood feels safe, which adds to the peace of mind.

Leasing manager called the cops on me because she asked me to leave the office because I was inquiring about surveillance due to stolen packages and I became upset that they didnât have surveillance! I asked for the regional managerâs email and she purposely gave me the wrong email! Corporate has not returned my phone call and I most definitely will not be renewing my lease! Thereâs a different manager every other month! They have several vacancies for a reason!
