I have been living here for the past 6 years. The city of Plano is great to live in but these townhomes are lovely. I love my three bedroom home and my backyard. If ever I have an issue, the new maintenace tech Christian comes right away and fixes no questions asked. The manager is always here to answer questions and is so friendly. The neighbors are all nice and I have never had a noise issue in neiborghood. I plan on living here as long as i can , thank you shiloh park

This place is terrible!!! They hardly fix anything when they do it takes weeks if not months! Dumpsters are always over flowing not to mention people not putting their trash into dumpsters at all but nothing is ever done. Maintenance is slow and seems to only know how to fix things I can do myself but shouldnât have to with the high rent they have started charging. They have gone through 3 owners in 2 years. They went from having water paid through the city to then changing to paying through the complex so rent went up 8-almost $900 to include the water fees and pest control which might I mention has only been done 1 time, to now rent is still the same but getting billed separately by the complex for individual water bills and trash as if I were paying the city again. If living here or considering it I would recommend doing a move in inspection, get everything in writing and only communicate through email or certified letters because trust me it will benefit you and save you in the long run. Amanda from next wave the old owner was the absolute best!! She always went above and beyond to be nice and make sure she took care of you. This new Amanda with AMC not so much. Youâre lucky if you can call and she answer much less if you can catch her in the office at all. Both Next wave and AMC are trash companies. Will never rent or do business with them in the future.

Another new management has taken over. Been here for a few years and everytime a new management takes over this place is going further into the dumps. The trash dumpsters have more trash on the outside than inside, trashy bulk furniture sitting everywhere, neighbors parking their cars infront of the doors instead of in parking spots, kids left unattended outside throwing rocks and knocking on doors then running away, neighbors fixing cars in this small parking lot then they have an attitude when you're just trying to get home and they're in the way, and people letting their dogs out without leash to poo and they don't clean it up. All dogs should be leashed. The number of pitbulls running around unleashed is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait to take the trash out or check the mail because someone has their dogs out running free. Paying over $1900 a month to come home to a trashy place with a white pitbull pooing by my garage is unacceptable. Its not just the properties that are private owned and controlled by the HOA. The people trashing this place don't live in just those properties. If you're going to charge high dollar rent start setting rules to keep the property looking nice.
