For one of a couple townhome rentals in the DFW metroplex to offer units that have both an attached garage and a PRIVATE backyard, it is extremely mean-spirited and in bad faith to have a breed restriction for dogs. I called in to inquire about availability and was told no dogs over the size of 25 pounds are allowed. Dogs over that size are precisely the dogs that need a designated private yard space, more so than those under 25 pounds. You alienate an entire segment most in need of a place such as those you offer, but itâs awful, almost inhumane, that youâve chosen to adopt such an asinine policy.

Rude rude rude. I called inquiring about availability and was given absolutely no information. The girl that answered the phone told me she didnât know what they had available. She mentioned they were doing renovations and didnât have an ETA for completion (a lie). I asked if it was the whole community or just the floor plan I was calling on, she stated, they renovated as units became available. I donât see how she wouldnât know what she has available being that most tenants have to give a 60 day notice. Also you have to schedule your vendors. I will be having someone else do a test call and if that person isnât given the same information, I will be placing a fair housing complaint, I am a former leasing consultant I know how things are supposed to go.

New resident, best location, good schools, friendly staff⦠My kids now want to get a dog because of the dog park! Weâll see about that, but the complex is very pet friendly. We thought we had one small issue and Amanda got maintenance out quickly. Turned out, we just didnât know how to use the AC, whoops.

Boyfriend has lived here for over 5+ years, yet over the past few months the improvements have been better than we could have ever imagined!! This new management team is excellent. When my boyfriend lost his job because of COVID, the office staff was so kind. Then that insane ice storm hit and they were here around the clock making improvements. Our pups LOVE the dog park and and how close we are to the trails at Bob Woodruff. 10/10 would recommend.

The application process and the move in was made so easy. Everything was absolutely professional and easy and the townhome was in perfect condition (with a few very minor things to be taken care of) The best part was working with Amanda. She was on her job and made this flawless for us, very happy with our decision to move here thus far!!!
