I have lived here for many years and I was ready to leave the property. A recent change in management has changed my mind completely, progress is being made daily. The office is attentive and our concerns are finally being addressed. Maintenance is responsive. This is a quiet community with great park access, I’m happy I can continue to call it home.

We have lived here for 2 years. They changed management once, but the office staff and maintenance people are constantly changing. I've never had any problems with the office staff or the maintenance team. However, it took two years for us to get two burners on our stove replaced. We finally were able to get our washer and dryer doors put on a couple of weeks ago, but by that time we realized we didn't need to have them on because we're moving at the end of the month and would have to remove them to move. I've been calling emergency maintenance, the front office, and sending emails to get someone to fix our AC. Today is day four with not response from anyone. Apparently, there is no emergency team. I am staying with my mom because it is over 85 degrees outside and even hotter inside. It is a health and safety hazard. If you want evidence of how horrible this place is, just knock on people's doors. We all have the same experiences. Also, we put in a request to have our bathroom toilet fixed two weeks ago. I was told it wasn't an emergency since we have three restrooms. I get that, but two weeks is ridiculous and I pay for three bathrooms. Go to TexasLawHelp if you need to find a lawyer to help you in a dispute against these people. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. Also, they will try to blame it on the office staff and maintenance team, but trust me it is not these people. The problem is the owners. They fire the office staff and maintenance team every 3-4 months to make it look like they are fixing the problem. If you'd like a real tour of this place email me at: kimberlygreer@yahoo.com I'll gladly show you my place, let you feel the heat wave, use my broken toilet, and see the place where we've stored our laundry doors for two years. I'll be here for the rest of this month until I move, if you'd like to visit. Oh, and you can see the trash in my front yard and all over the place. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it is a reoccurring issue as well. Update: We move in three days and we've been without our downstairs bathroom for a month now. Don't move here unless you want to pay for square footage you can't use.
