We have lived here for 2 years. They changed management once, but the office staff and maintenance people are constantly changing. I've never had any problems with the office staff or the maintenance team. However, it took two years for us to get two burners on our stove replaced. We finally were able to get our washer and dryer doors put on a couple of weeks ago, but by that time we realized we didn't need to have them on because we're moving at the end of the month and would have to remove them to move. I've been calling emergency maintenance, the front office, and sending emails to get someone to fix our AC. Today is day four with not response from anyone. Apparently, there is no emergency team. I am staying with my mom because it is over 85 degrees outside and even hotter inside. It is a health and safety hazard. If you want evidence of how horrible this place is, just knock on people's doors. We all have the same experiences. Also, we put in a request to have our bathroom toilet fixed two weeks ago. I was told it wasn't an emergency since we have three restrooms. I get that, but two weeks is ridiculous and I pay for three bathrooms. Go to TexasLawHelp if you need to find a lawyer to help you in a dispute against these people. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. Also, they will try to blame it on the office staff and maintenance team, but trust me it is not these people. The problem is the owners. They fire the office staff and maintenance team every 3-4 months to make it look like they are fixing the problem. If you'd like a real tour of this place email me at: kimberlygreer@yahoo.com I'll gladly show you my place, let you feel the heat wave, use my broken toilet, and see the place where we've stored our laundry doors for two years. I'll be here for the rest of this month until I move, if you'd like to visit. Oh, and you can see the trash in my front yard and all over the place. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it is a reoccurring issue as well. Update: We move in three days and we've been without our downstairs bathroom for a month now. Don't move here unless you want to pay for square footage you can't use.

Issues: Apartment was Not move in ready: The apartment was not move in ready and filthy. We walked in and looked as if the previous tenants just moved out. The floor was scratched and not repaired, light switches were dirty and not replaced, under the sink looked like no one cleaned, the tile and toilets in the bathrooms were not clean. The appliances in the kitchen were worse, the stove, dishwasher has or had a roach infestation. The stove heat belt along the door is broken and the microwave is broken. We were told that the apartment had black appliances on move in. Well our fridge and dishwasher are black and the stove and microwave are white. I brought this up to management immediately and requested my $300 deposit back. The response was $100 off the 2nd months rent, replace the appliances (stove, microwave and dishwasher), and we will send a cleaning crew to the apartment to clean it the next day. The next day they did not show up. We did not see them until 2/13 and our move in was 2/7. When they got to the apartment, all that they cleaned were the appliances that Renee promised to swap out and the bathrooms. The cleaning crew even told me the bathroom seat was disgusting and she would not touch it. We still have not received an update on when the appliances will be replaced and after multiple emails (last one sent on 2/19) no response from anyone. No Working Heater or AC when we moved in: Original move in date was 1/31/20 and had to extend move in date to 2/7/20 with the Manager (Renee) being aware. On 2/7 I discover that the thermostat is not programmed for ac and immediately call the office to fix. The thermostat was swapped out 2/7 and we move in. That night it was 34 or 35 degrees outside and in and we discover that the heater doesn't work! Maintenance came out and checked and realized that their was no Freon in the outside ac unit. So this had to be ordered and we were given 1 space heater for myself, wife and 4 year old and told to buy firewood. The Freon was ordered and not delivered until 2/13/20 so we spent about 6 days and nights in 30 - 45 degree weather each day before this was fixed. It felt like living in a garage, we had to literally walk around in jackets and open the stove to keep yourself warm. We did not agree to pay over $1470.
