Issues: Apartment was Not move in ready: The apartment was not move in ready and filthy. We walked in and looked as if the previous tenants just moved out....

I just moved into this place and have only lived here 2 weeks but from the start I have had issues with management. I should have known that it would have been a bad choice. We have been getting the run around since before we moved in. There was a girl we were dealing with when we first came to see the apartment, and when we came back the NEXT DAY, she had been fired. Again that should have been a red flag, but we wanted to stay in this area because of my family being so close by. So we begin the process, we never get an exact answer in how much weâre going to bring the first day we move in. We donât get an exact amount until the DAY BEFORE WE MOVE IN. We move in and thereâs roaches. We were told that they just sprayed the day before and they wonât be out again for another 2 weeks. Ok great so we live with roaches for 2 weeks, I can deal with that. But then I start cooking on the stove and notice every time I turn on a burner, roach droppings are falling out of the stove and into the stove top. WE HAVE BEEN DEINF WITH THIS FOR 2 WEEKS. We have brought it to the managers attention, Rene. She told us that pest control will be out that Thursday or Friday....come Friday, nothing. So we go in Monday, she says theyâll be here Tuesday. Nothing Tuesday. Now itâs Wednesday and supposedly theyâll be here tomorrow. Oh and supposedly they came yesterday but tell me why I still have roach droppings and a dead roach in my clock on my stove???? If they had come yesterday and cleaned it, there should be nothing falling out. This is disgusting and a health hazard to be cooking on this stove. My husband asked her if she would cook for her family on a stove that does that and of course she has no answer to that. She is rude and unprofessional. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone.
