I toured on Friday with a guy named James. He was very thorough made sure to ask what all of my needs are. He even gave my daughter some crayons and a coloring page because she was getting bored. Sadly I'm not moving until March of 2026 but I will definitely be back

James Catlin, Property Manager, is very capable and intelligent. He is the first property manager that Shiloh Park has had in awhile that handles situations with professionalism and facts. He shows genuine concern for resolving problems. Shiloh Park is in good hands with him moving forward!!!

I've delivered to quite a few apartments in the area over the years and hands down, Shiloh Park wins for dumbest layout ever. Building 100 sits between building 500 and building 2000. Parking is a mess. Not a good place.

Living here has been a complete nightmare. Despite always paying our rent on time, we've been hit with late fees simply because the property management refuses to provide a proper online portal to view our balance or pay rent. They never emailed us an online portal which is the only way to pay rent and see current balances. Since we didn’t know our balance we underpaid and were never told and charged with a late fee. The townhouse has been infested with roaches for months. Multiple pest control companies have confirmed the infestation, yet management has done nothing to address it. We've had to live in these unsanitary conditions while they continue to ignore the issue entirely. Our dishwasher has been broken for months, and management admitted they have working dishwashers sitting unused in vacant units but they "need them for showings." So instead of fixing appliances for paying tenants, they prioritize appearances for potential renters. They will get you to sign that 12 month contract and once it’s a done deal any issues you might have they will not care. They do not answer emails or calls. If you leave an emergency maintenance voicemail don’t expect a call back or them to acknowledge your maintenance emergency. To make matters worse, the owner has changed property managers three times in two years. Each new group is just as disorganized and ineffective as the last, with no consistent communication or accountability. The property has continued to decline under this mismanagement. Save yourself the frustration, money, and time. This place is poorly run, increasingly unlivable, and shows zero regard for its tenants.

I have been waiting on maintenance for weeks to come and service my smoke detectors. Now I have a clogged sink and I’m afraid that this will take weeks also. Wasps nest are surrounding my apartment and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get maintenance to complete work orders. The maintenance guy lies and says he has completed work orders when he hasn’t. I don’t care how nice the office staff is when you come here to apply, the issues start after you become a tenant! I will be reaching out to code enforcement to see if maybe they can get someone to help me around here!!

I was initially hesitant to go with these townhomes because of their reviews. However, the area is so nice, and everything is conveniently nearby. When I walked into the office, I met Nicki, who informed me that they now have entirely new management. I can’t express how much of a great decision the new management made in hiring Nicki. She has been such an incredible help throughout this process! She made everything so smooth and easy. Nicki is not only kind but also very communicative. I was very stressed about needing to find a place and move in as soon as possible, but she took care of everything and completely took that stress off my plate. Nicki, thank you so much for your hard work. You’re awesome and truly the best!
