I just moved in about a month ago now. Diana the manger was great! She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being that this is my first home, I had lots of questions and she answered any and all of the questions I had and made the whole moving in process really simple! The apartment looked great upon move in and everything has been smooth sailing since. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

Iâve had an excellent experience living at Shiloh Park Townhomes. From the moment I moved in, Diana, the manager, have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any concerns. The townhomes themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and modern living space. The location is another major perk, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation all conveniently nearby. The neighborhood feels safe, which adds to the peace of mind.

This is a very nice community to live in the townhomes are huge the place is well kept and clean it's very quiet and I really like this place and can see myself living here for years to come!!!

it has been a great community, Laurenda Johnson is a great manager!! Maintenance has been wonderful and communicative. the place is quiet, my unit was surprisingly spacious! I really enjoy that, not only does it have a patio AND an atrium, covered parking. fencing is not dog friendly, but there is bark park literally across the street that people are friendly.

I've lived in this condominium for two years and despite not having the luxury of other condominiums there, I'm happy in the townhome I live in. In the summer the pool solves the problem of heat and entertainment for my children. Plus, we live close to a huge park, which is also great. Everything I need for maintenance, when I ask the office, they send the maintenance man and he solves it. Nothing to complain about.

I have lived here for about a year and it is now time to renew my lease. Glenn recently took over in the front office and made the process extremely smooth after I had some issues with previously trying to have it renewed with the old staff member. He was wonderful and can't wait to see how he improves the property even more. My stay has been great!

This is an amazing property and the young lady who assisted me (Tiffany) was absolutely amazing, very professional and knowledgeable about the property she answered every question I had and I asked plenty. The unit that she let me take a look in was absolutely stunning. Absolutely beautiful I love it!!! Great area for my daughter and I to live.

We have lived here for about 9 months and have had a great experience. The property is quiet, clean for the most part and the maintenance staff is wonderful and is quick to come by and fix the issues and has always been resolved. The office staff is very friendly and knows your name (which makes it more personable). Rent is reasonable and our water bill isnât as high as I thought. Our townhouse is a big space enough for our family and a nice backyard space for our dog. Location is nice and has everything you need. Glad we found this property for our family as we moved from another city.

I recently moved in and so far the experience is pleasant. I have so challenges with my unit however they are quick to respond and act. I also like that the townhouse fits my family needs. I hope to be a long term resident.
