New resident, best location, good schools, friendly staff⦠My kids now want to get a dog because of the dog park! Weâll see about that, but the complex is very pet friendly. We thought we had one small issue and Amanda got maintenance out quickly. Turned out, we just didnât know how to use the AC, whoops.

Boyfriend has lived here for over 5+ years, yet over the past few months the improvements have been better than we could have ever imagined!! This new management team is excellent. When my boyfriend lost his job because of COVID, the office staff was so kind. Then that insane ice storm hit and they were here around the clock making improvements. Our pups LOVE the dog park and and how close we are to the trails at Bob Woodruff. 10/10 would recommend.

The application process and the move in was made so easy. Everything was absolutely professional and easy and the townhome was in perfect condition (with a few very minor things to be taken care of) The best part was working with Amanda. She was on her job and made this flawless for us, very happy with our decision to move here thus far!!!

I have lived here for many years and I was ready to leave the property. A recent change in management has changed my mind completely, progress is being made daily. The office is attentive and our concerns are finally being addressed. Maintenance is responsive. This is a quiet community with great park access, Iâm happy I can continue to call it home.
